The monster under the bed
The monster under the bed is a very dark gray floating ball of acid. No-one knows how the acid is dark grey but it is much stronger than usual acid.This acid will melt through anything in a matter of seconds. If you are unlucky enough to have this thing under your bed it will scratch your bed when you fall asleep and then will run away to a new house. The acid will not only burn the bed but will spread across the entire house setting it up in flames.This fire will burn even things like metal not just wood. The fire is very bright white hypnotizing anyone who looks at it to burn them and as many people possible in the fire.When the hypnotized person jumps in the fire and burns it will not die. It will become a monster under the bed. There are 3 different colors of monsters under the bed. That is blue green and dark gray. Blue will flood a bed and drown everyone within a 50 meter rang and green will grow plants around the house trapping anyone inside and then smashing the entire house. You already saw what dark grey did so moving on to why they do it. The main goal of being a monster under the bed is to be powerful. The only way to be more powerful is to kill. The more they kill the more they gain power.

ReplyDeleteI really liked your story. I think that inventing something that is common myth and making it different is a really good way to explore ideas. I think that saying there are three different types of monsters under the bed is cool. What does power change about a monster? Because it is a good idea that they become more powerful but how is the power shown? what makes them more powerful?

ok so the monster gets more powerful by killing and destroying things and the reason they want to be strong is because the stronger they are the more dangerous they are and whatever monster is the biggest which is most likely the green ones is the king.
